This gene displays a head pattern similar to Clowns, and have a greatly reduced dorsal pattern in a zig zag formation. The side patterns have white speckling about halfway up from the belly. This gene seems to be dominant as opposed to incomplete dominant since no known Super form has been produced from Spider to Spider breedings. This gene is needed to produce Bumble Bees and many other mutations.
NERD is credited for proving out the genetics of the Spider. Sadly, NERD's founding animal is now dead. It should also be noted that due to the extreme high degree of the inbreeding efforts by NERD to produce the Super form, some of the offspring have a head wobble that is alarming to see if you have never seen it before. The original animal did displayed the head wobble behaviour and it was more pronounced during feeding according to Kevin McCurley.
