All animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy, feeding at our facility, and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied, at our discretion we may replace the animal when one becomes available as long as you notify us within 24 hours from the time of arrival and we approve it.
You will also be given the complete support you need to be successful in raising your Ball Python.

All shipments in the U.S.are sent airfreight, we use Delta, US Air, FedEx or DHL.
Our shipping is free.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mishandling of the shipments by the couriers.
All specimens are available on a first come, first serve basis. Advanced reservations are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit. All customers with deposits will be notified first, followed by non-deposit customers. If we cannot supply you with your order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.
All orders must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery or all guarantees are voided.
We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather or any unforseen circumstance, we are only out for what is best for the animals.

All terms at the time of sale will be on your photo imprinted receipt.
All sales are final and no cash refunds will be given.
