Terms of Service

~All animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy, feeding at our facility, and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied, at our discretion we may replace the animal when one becomes available as long as you notify us within 24 hours from the time of arrival and we approve it.

~You will also be given the complete support you need to be successful in raising your Ball Python.

via Paypal only. We also accept Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Cash. No personal checks will be accepted.

~All forms of payments must clear prior to shipping. No exceptions.

~All shipments in the U.S. are sent airfreight. We ship via Delta, US Air, or FedEx.

~All of our shipping is free within the continental United States. Exporting to foreign countries is unfortunately to cost prohibitive for our free shipping offers on orders lass than $5000 U.S.

~We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mishandling of the shipments by the couriers.

~All specimens are available on a first come, first serve basis. Advanced reservations are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit. All customers with deposits will be notified first, followed by non-deposit customers. If we cannot supply you with your order, your deposit will be refunded promptly.

~All orders must be picked up within 2 hours of delivery or all guarantees are voided.

~We reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather or any unforseen circumstance, we are only out for what is best for the animals.

~Call or email us for current competitive market pricing. We wish to stay competitive in current market pricing, please allow that chance.

~All terms at the time of sale will be on your photo imprinted receipt.

~All sales are final and no cash refunds will be given.

~It is the customers responsibility to read and fully understand all terms before purchasing from us.

~By purchasing an animal from us you completely agree to these terms and conditions and forfeit any right to pursue a cash refund.

~All animals will come with a photo imprinted receipt with these terms of service printed on it. Terms are subject to change without public notice.

Payment Plans and Trades

~Payment plans are always an option so let us know what fits your budget.

~Please plan accordingly on payment plans as there will be no cash refunds if you fail to fullfill your end of the agreement. However, we will issue you credit on any available animals or future animals.

~Trades may be considered and are at our discretion.

~All trade animals will be shipped to us first for inspection and Vet checked prior to your animal being released for shipping to you.

~Our animals will not be shipped until all payments are made in full.

Due to numerous accounts of people stealing content/pictures and posting them as their own,(such as stealing pictures from this site and using them in sale ads to rip off unsuspecting consumers)we feel obligated to add this section for everyone's protection -- both ours and those valued customers who make purchases from us.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted documents, content or photographs without our express written permission is a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). All violations of this Act will be pursued to the fullest legal extent possible under the DCMA.

Anyone that finds our pictures or content being used in obviously false ads or posts, please feel free to contact us so we can take corrective actions as soon as possible. We only want to protect unsuspecting Ball Python enthusiasts.
